Work Weekends are times when members of the Peterkin Community come together to clean, fix, rebuild and improve our facilities and grounds for the next group of visitors. You will meet new people, grow closer to your friends, and make a big difference in the lives of those who come to Peterkin in the coming months.

Peterkin Intergenerational Camp Registration Form - FALL Work Weekend 2025

Welcome to Fall 2025 at Peterkin!

This registration is for 2024 FALL Work Weekend, September 13th-15th. Open to anyone 16 or older that has a desire to help build and maintain Peterkin. Any non-adults (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult, and that adult must take full responsibility for the young person. As this is an event that may include guests under 21, as per Peterkin's policy, no alcoholic beverages are permitted on campus during the weekend.

Work Weekenders typically arrive anytime after noon on Friday. A casual dinner will be provided on Friday night. The event will include 3 meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.

Work will be available for all skill levels, from cleaning, yard work, gardening, organizing, to electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

September can be hot or cold or rainy at Peterkin, so please bring clothes and footwear for a variety of conditions.

Peterkin has a limited number of tools for your use, including gardening/yard tools, hand tools and power tools. It is recommended that you bring your own tools as well so that we can do more projects at the same time. Peterkin will have a supply of work gloves, eye and hearing protection for your use.
